What we love
- Full auto-empty, mop-wash and hot-air-dry station in a single dock
- 8,000 Pa suction handles most cleaning scenarios well
- AI.See binocular 3D obstacle avoidance reads cables, shoes and toys reliably
- Fast, precise LiDAR mapping across up to three floors
- Slots into the wider Eufy smart-home and security ecosystem
What could be better
- The $479.99 price depends on a code — at the $899.99 list price it is poor value
- Mop lift only 4mm — may drag on some carpet types
- 96.5mm tall, so it clears less low furniture than most of the field
- 45-day dust bag and 2.5L tanks are small next to flagship docks
- No local smart home control
Judge the X10 Pro Omni on its $899.99 list price and it is unremarkable — the Roborock Saros 10R and Dreame X40 Ultra both do more for the money. Judge it on the $479.99 you actually pay with eufy's standing code and it is the cheapest way into a genuine full omni station by a wide margin: it empties itself, washes and hot-air dries its own pads, refills its own water, maps on LiDAR, and pulls 8,000 Pa. Nothing else in this ranking does all of that under $500. Check the code is still live before you buy, because that is the entire case for this robot.
Cleaning Performance
The X10 Pro Omni's 8,000 Pa suction is strong enough for everyday cleaning on all surface types. In our tests it picked up 96.8% of debris on hardwood and performed well on low-to-medium pile carpet. The anti-tangle brush handled pet hair without issues.
Mopping Performance
Vibrating mop mopping is effective for maintenance cleaning and light spills. The 4mm mop lift is enough for most carpet-to-hard-floor transitions but may snag on higher-pile rugs. Auto-wash keeps the pad reasonably clean between passes.
Base Station & Autonomy
The Omni station covers the full set: auto-empty, mop washing, hot-air drying, and clean water refill. Capacity is where it gives ground — the 45-day bag and 2.5L tanks are modest next to rivals at this price, and the tanks last roughly 5 days of daily cleaning in an average home.
App & Smart Home
The EufyHome app is clean and easy to use. Scheduling, zone cleaning, and real-time map viewing all work well. Alexa and Google integration is solid. The app ecosystem is part of the broader Eufy security and smart home platform, which is a bonus if you're already invested.
