What we love

  • 7,000 Pa suction handles pet hair and debris on all floor types
  • AI camera detects 45 object categories — best obstacle avoidance under $700
  • Generous 4L base-station water tank means fewer refills
  • Dual rotating mop pads with auto-wash deliver clean results
  • Excellent mop lift clears carpet edges confidently

What could be better

  • No hot-air drying — mop pads need to air-dry
  • Dreamehome app less polished than Roborock's
  • No local control — cloud-dependent operation
Our verdict8.7

The Dreame L10s Ultra punches above its price with class-leading obstacle avoidance and powerful suction. The auto-wash base and large water tank make it genuinely low-maintenance. The missing hot-air drying and cloud-only app keep it just below the flagship tier, but it's outstanding value.

Cleaning Performance

With 7,000 Pa on tap, the L10s Ultra tackles pet hair and fine debris with authority. It cleared 98% of test material from hardwood and made notable headway in medium-pile carpet — comparable to robots costing $300 more.

Mopping Performance

Rotating mop pads apply consistent downward pressure and the auto-wash system keeps them clean throughout the job. The 8mm mop lift ensures pads don't drag across rugs, preventing the soggy-carpet problem common in cheaper models.

Base Station & Autonomy

The 4L clean water tank is one of the largest in the category, requiring refills only every few weeks for typical households. Auto-empty works reliably via cyclonic bag separation. The only gap is hot-air drying.

App & Smart Home

The Dreamehome app covers all the essentials — room maps, scheduling, and zone cleaning — but the interface is less intuitive than Roborock's. Alexa and Google Assistant integration works reliably for voice commands.
